Street scenes

I thought you might like a taste of the variety of things we have seen so far walking around the streets

There are street sellers everywhere, fruit, flowers, kitchen goods, meat and cooked food are probably the most common.

Some are happier than others! She cheered up when Amanda bought some of her mandarins.

Not sure this would comply with our H&S road repair regulations! Possibly the whole road would have been closed until this hole was covered properly.

There are always plenty of fishermen on our street by the lake 

We think some of them are professionals, selling their fish to local restaurants. 

Can anyone identify these?

On Sunday we rest, or walk the dog.....

....and socialise 

 I love this ramshackle building which we pass on the way to the shops

I think Thongs kitchen is taking advantage of the soil filled holes in the concrete on the side of the lake to grow their lettuces!
